Automatically get all new posts as they're published, using browser's RSS features. Consider using Google Reader or Feedly to manage feeds, or Reeder for iOS or Android. For the first week or so after any new article is published, it's common for updates or interesting comments to be added. No problem, just click or tap on the article title on your RSS reader to launch a view of the current version.
WordPress:
